- Represented a subsidiary of a Hong Kong Main Board listed company in the acquisition of all shares of a BVI-registered company and its ownership of a standalone house on Island Road in the Southern District of Hong Kong for HKD 398 million.
- Represented Coda Properties Limited as the landlord in drafting a lease agreement for a property located in a commercial building on Queen’s Road West, Hong Kong Island, with 58 parking spaces, for a monthly rent of several hundred thousand Hong Kong dollars.
