- Represented a reputable international specialist contractor in disputes with the employer and a sub-contractor in relation to the M+ Museum construction project for the West Kowloon Cultural District.
- Advised a large Chinese state-owned enterprise on its proposed investment and tender, through a Hong Kong subsidiary, in several underground railway construction projects in Northern America.
