At Ince & Co, we are committed to nurturing the next generation of legal talent. Our Summer Internship Programme offers students a valuable opportunity to gain first-hand exposure to the day‑to‑day work of a law firm in Hong Kong.
During the internship, participants will have the opportunity to work closely with our lawyers across various practice areas. Interns will be involved in legal research, drafting, attending meetings, and supporting active matters, allowing them to develop practical skills and insights into the legal profession. Throughout the programme, interns will receive guidance and feedback from our team to support their professional development.
The 2026 internship programme will run between June and August 2026, with each internship placement lasting one month. We welcome applications from penultimate‑year law students who are interested in pursuing a training contract with our firm.
